WitU App Terms of Use
Updated: July 31, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the WitU mobile app, and the app only. The witu.life and witu.health websites are covered by their own separate Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using the WitU app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
2. Medical disclaimer
WitU is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a doctor.
Do not put off seeing a doctor because of what the app shows you. Take any health problem to a professional.
Consult a doctor before you begin a training program — in particular if you have heart or vascular disease, high blood pressure, an arrhythmia, or diabetes, if you have a pacemaker, if you are pregnant, or if you are over 65.
- Every metric is for information only.
- Recovery, HRV, VO₂max, and heart-rate zones are rough estimates, not a diagnosis.

- The app's recommendations do not take your individual contraindications into account.
- Do not use the app during an acute medical episode.
3. Your account
- One account belongs to one person. Do not give anyone else access to it.
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address or phone. Keeping that contact, and the device itself, secure is your responsibility.
- Minimum age: [AGE] years.
4. Subscriptions and payments

- Injuries sustained while training.
- Decisions taken on the basis of the app's readings.
- Indirect or consequential losses.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance of them, have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
9. Changes to these terms
